About the Client Our client is a licensed SMS & Bulk Messaging Solutions and Content Services Provider. Role Overview The Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The role involves account management, cross-selling and upselling solutions, ensuring seamless KYC processes, and generating referrals to support the business development team. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Cross-Selling and Upselling Identify opportunities to introduce new solutions or upgrade existing products and services to the existing accounts. 3. KYC Process Oversee and manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for new clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy of client information. 4. Generating Referrals Encourage and facilitate client referrals to the Business Development (BD) team to support lead generation. 5. Client Feedback and Reporting Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements and provide regular reports on account performance and growth. Key Skills Proven ability to build, manage, and retain client relationships. Strong ability to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales. Excellent verbal and written communication for effective client interactions. Ability to analyze account performance and generate accurate, insightful reports. Commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
